Villa Park Real Estate | Brandywine

Built in 1968 by Kaufman and Broad Homes this community of all brick town homes is on the south end of Villa Park. They were originally promoted as having country club living with there own pools, tennis, playgrounds and a large clubhouse. 

They were all built with basements and have 1–4 bedrooms. They have become the most affordable town homes in our area.  The model names are: Ingham, Newbury, Kent, Rutledge, Lowell, Quincy, Kirkwood, and the Stanford.

They have ranch styles on the end, with 2 stories in between. Over 600 families live in Brandywine. It is the one of the largest town home communities in Dupage County. It has been very well managed through the years, and their assessments have never had large increases.  The units a group together in  groups of 5-8 unit.
