Arboretum Park was built by Pulte Builders is 1995. This condo subdivision is located on the Southwest corner of Lombard with easy access to two major highways, 355 and I-88. Shopping and many newer restaurants are also within 1 mile of this complex. There are 340 units in groups of 6 or 8.  They have great open spaces in between them. Some came with a view of a pond or a gazebo.

There are four different models:

• The Ashwood is a two-bedroom ranch with approximately 960 square feet and a one car garage. Many of these models have basements.
  
• The Birchwood is the largest unit with 1676 square feet and three bedrooms. The floor plan is very open and has cathedral ceilings. 
  
•  The Cedarwood  is a two story two bedroom unit with about 1380 square feet. It has an open sitting area on the second floor, which lends itself to a great office space.
  
• The Dogwood which is also a two story condo with two bedrooms and about 1430 square feet. Some of the Dogwood and Cedarwood condos came with basements.
