PREQUALIFY FOR A MORTGAGE: This is important. It does not commit you to anything, but arms you with knowledge that enables you to know what to shop for. You want to be certain you are searching listings within your approved price range. The process is simple and can take as little as 15 minutes. SEARCH THE MLS: Searching the MLS is a good way to start - especially if you're not quite sure of the location or price range you are searching within. Once you make that determination, a better option is an "auto-search" which can only be set up by your Realtor. It gives you the most up-to-date and detailed information for each listing.
To access the MLS please follow the instructions to "log-in" above. Once you have logged in you may search the entire MLS. You may also set up an account to organize and save any properties you may be interested in.

Why do you need a J.W. Realtor?

A strong internet presence is a neccesity in today's market. Statistics tell us that the majority of home buyers are shopping after 11:00 p.m. on the internet. 85% of buyers will not consider a property that does not include photos.
- I will prepare a virtual tour of your property. Statistics tell us that 58% of the public will not look at a property that does not offer a virtual tour.
- I will hold Open Houses. You never know where your buyer will come from.
- I will assist you in negotiating the sale price and terms of your property.
- I will coordinate all required inspections, including city and village.
- I will process all required paperwork, and coordinate all information between attorneys, buyers and agents.
